We take pride in our international affiliations and accomplishments. PSCA is officially registered with the International Sports and Culture Association (ISCA). We are honored to be the only organization from Pakistan that holds full membership with ISCA. This prestigious affiliation underscores our commitment to promoting sports and cultural exchange at the global level, and it reflects our dedication to excellence, collaboration, and the advancement of cultural and sporting initiatives.

Introduction of Mian Khan Bugti
On behalf of the Pakistan Sports and Cultural Association, I am pleased to introduce Mian Khan Bugti, Member of the National Assembly and Chairman of our organization. Hailing from Balochistan, Mian Khan Bugti is deeply committed to the development of his region, where economic challenges often lead to a higher tendency toward negative activities among youth.
To address this, he has actively promoted sports and cultural initiatives in his province. Notably, he personally financed the construction of a stadium to encourage positive engagement and provide opportunities for the younger generation. His efforts aim to foster a positive mindset and inspire youth toward productive pursuits.
Through his leadership, the association continues to work towards empowering Pakistan’s youth and celebrating our rich cultural heritage. We are honored to have his guidance in our mission to build a stronger and more vibrant Pakistan.
